1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 24 Hours of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

• It is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, at no additional cost

3. Return Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), RitiRang will bear the shipping cost

• For voluntary returns (for example, size or preference changes), shipping charges will apply and be deducted from your refund

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges depend on stock availability

• If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

• For size or color exchanges, applicable shipping costs may apply

Important to Note:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund for prepaid orders.
